You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Definitions
“Digital Products”: EAs, indicators, utilities, templates/sets/configurations, downloadable files, documentation, videos, and related digital content.
“Trading Platforms”: platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 or third-party brokers and related services.
“License”: the right to use a Digital Product subject to these Terms and any applicable license terms shown at purchase or activation.
5. No Financial Advice / No Investment Services
Trade’t provides software tools only. Trade’t does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, dealing, execution, discretionary trading services, or regulated financial services.
Nothing on tradet.net or in our content is:
a recommendation or solicitation to buy/sell/hold any financial instrument;
individualized financial advice;
a promise of results or profitability.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for determining whether any product is suitable for you.
6. Trading Risk Disclosure (Critical)
Trading foreign exchange (FX), CFDs, futures, crypto, equities, and leveraged products involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital, and in leveraged markets losses can exceed deposits with your broker. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You agree that:
you will test products in a demo/simulation environment before using real funds;
you understand that market conditions, latency, broker execution, spreads, slippage, swaps, and platform behavior can materially change outcomes;
you accept full responsibility for any trading losses and any consequences of using the software.
7. Country Restrictions / Compliance by User
Trade’t is not responsible for determining whether access to or use of the Services is legal in your jurisdiction. You agree you will not use the Services where prohibited by law and that you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and exchange/broker rules.
U.S. note (important): Certain activities related to trading advice or managed accounts may trigger registration or regulatory obligations in the United States. Trade’t does not offer regulated advisory services. Users are responsible for compliance and for verifying counterparties and registrations where applicable.
8. Accounts, Activations, and License Enforcement
Some Services may require an account, activation, license verification, or periodic renewal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must not:
share, sell, transfer, sublicense, lease, or distribute licenses unless explicitly permitted;
attempt to bypass, disable, tamper with, or simulate licensing/verification mechanisms;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or defeat technical protections (except to the extent allowed by mandatory law).
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
violate any law or regulation;
facilitate fraud, manipulation, or abusive trading practices;
upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our infrastructure;
infringe intellectual property rights.
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations.
10. Orders, Payments, Delivery
Digital Products are delivered electronically (download, portal access, email delivery, or in-platform activation). Delivery timing may vary depending on payment confirmation and technical requirements.
Payment processing: Payments may be processed by third-party processors or a Merchant of Record (“MoR”) depending on the checkout method used (e.g., card processors, PayPal, or other providers). Trade’t does not store full payment card details when a third party processes payment.
11. Pricing, Taxes, VAT, and Invoices
Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on the buyer’s location and checkout method. Where required, VAT/sales taxes may be collected and remitted by Trade’t or by the MoR/payment provider (as applicable).
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information (including VAT ID where relevant).
12. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Because our products are digital content/software delivered electronically, refunds are not provided once the product is delivered, or a license is issued, or activation has occurred, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, you agree (to the extent allowed by law) that delivery/activation begins immediately and you consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal once delivery/activation starts.
Trade’t may, at its sole discretion, offer goodwill refunds or credits in exceptional cases.
For product purchased from resellers like MQL5, please make sure to review their terms and conditions for this regard, Trade't does not issue, deliver, neither have access to customer details and purchases. MQL5 remaines your main contact.
13. Product Nature, Compatibility, and User Responsibility
Digital Products may depend on:
specific platform versions (e.g., MT4/MT5 builds),
broker conditions and symbol specifications,
VPS/latency,
OS settings, permissions, DLL/WebRequest settings,
third-party services/APIs.
You are responsible for ensuring compatibility, correct configuration, and safe use (including risk parameters). You should not run automated trading software with money you cannot afford to lose.
14. Updates, Changes, and Discontinuation
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time (including features, product behavior, or licensing mechanisms). Some updates may be required for security or compatibility.
